I am a New York State Licensed Social Worker. I graduated  from New York University with my Masters in Social Work. My many years of experience in my career involved working with  mentally ill clients learn to cope with every day issues as well as helping  at-risk adolescents gain a sense of identity in a troubled environment.  I have also worked with HIV clients, helping them to cope with the difficulties of a life altering illness. I moved on to an outpatient substance abuse program where I am now working as a social worker, helping client's recover from the effects of addiction and discover tools to begin to rebuild their lives.

I use a warm and inviting eclectic approach to therapy as I believe that it is an individual process for those seeking to be heard. I encourage and challenge you to discover your own strengths in an accepting environment.
"The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is in such momemts, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers."
